I always spend my good hard earned money buying lottery tickets, especially when the jackpot is growing. I dont know if anyone agrees with me but i think it plain sucks that some drawings we have winners and some we don't. I think there should be a better lottery system. Sooooooooo, I have proposed a plan, that can only happen with the help of at least a million people from the 200,000,000 that are in the U.S. right now. My plan is to have a blog lottery. anyone who wishes to participate, must donate at least $1.00 to enter their name in the lotto drawing. We need to get at leaast $1,000,000 dollars in donations to have the drawing. That would 1,000,000 -$1 donations or 500,000 - $2 donations. The more donations you give, the more opportunites you have of winning!!!Sounds like alot but its really not!!! Once we have the 1,000,000 dollars collected, then we will have the drawing. The winner of the drawing will receive all winnings minus 10% administrative fee. That's it! That is how easily you can turn one dollar into 1,000,000 dollars.
